Gym refers to facilities meant for indoor sports or exercise. Short for gymnasium , the word is a derivative of gymnos , which in Greek means naked . In ancient Greece, it was a place assigned for the male youth of the country, for activities like physical education, studies or bathing. All these were traditionally performed naked.

In Germany, gyms were a product of Turnplatz, an area for gymnasts that was backed by the educator Friedrich Jahn and the Turners, a gymnastic-cum-political movement of the nineteenth century. Secondhand smoke — smoke from burning tobacco and exhaled smoke — is terribly harmful to nonsmokers. In fact, exposure to secondhand smoke is “nearly as bad as smoking itself,” according to Mayo Clinic. Why is secondhand smoke so dangerous?

There is just little number of children who ever tried the weight loss surgery. Since the operation is quit dangerous, with a death rate of over 1 is to 50. According to the federal statistics, only about 350 kids who had tried to go into operation in the year 2004.

A group of four hospitals, led by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, are studying on how kids will respond to different weight loss surgery which includes the gastric bypass in doing this procedure a pouch is stapled off from the rest of the stomach and linked to the small intestine.
